Brian Hosking

Brian holds an M Phil (1981) in Geology and an MBA (1987) from the University of Cape Town’s renowned Graduate School of Business. He has more than 20 years’ experience in the resources sector and has had wide exposure to coal, diamond, gold and base metals exploration and mining within southern Africa. He is an executive search consultant and a managing partner of Meyer Hosking & Associates in London. |

Emil Morfett
Director, Oslo, Norway
Emil Morfett (aged 50) has 28 years of relevant experience, with 8 years in the mining industry and twenty years in mining finance. He has a degree in geology from the University of London and an M.Sc. in mineral exploration from Queens University, Canada. He has worked for Rio Tinto and Goldfields of South Africa before moving back to the City of London in 1987. He was Global Head of Mining Research at Bank Paribas and Head of Mining Research for J P Morgan in London. During this period he was involved in many major mining transactions with a variety of responsibilities involving due diligence and analysis. In 2001, he founded his own consulting business (Millstone Grit Ltd.), providing both equity and debt focused mining research and strategic advice. He is also a Director of Greystar Resources and Alexander Mining Ltd.

Richard Robinson
Director, UK
Richard is the Chairman of Metalor Technologies International SA, a Swiss global group
covering all precious metals refining with downstream fabrication and chemical products. He was
previously the Managing Director of Normandy LaSource SAS and CEO of Gold Fields Limited in South Africa
and has extensive experience in mining operations for gold and other minerals. Mr. Robinson holds a BSc
(Hons) from Natal University, South Africa and an MSc from Queens University, Canada. |

Jens Ulltveit-Moe
Director, Oslo, Norway
Jens is the CEO of Umoe AS, a large Norwegian-based conglomerate. He holds a number of directorships in both public and private organizations, including Chairman of Petroleum Geo Services ASA, Chairman of Kverneland ASA, and has spent most of his career in the shipping industry.
Jens is past president of NHO, the Confederation of Norwegian Business and Industry. He has an MSc from the Norwegian School of Economics, Bergen. and an MIA from Columbia University, New York.
He controls, directly and indirectly, approximately 23% of Crew Gold. |

William LeClair
Interim Chief Executive Officer and President, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Weybridge, UK
Bill was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Crew Gold in 2006. In August 2008 he was appointed Interim CEO when Jan Vestrum stepped down from his position. Bill will hand over this interim position as soon as the Board has been able to retain a permanent CEO for Crew Gold.
Bill was Chief Financial Officer of Hot House Growers Inc. between August 2003 and July 2006. Before that he was Vice President of Operations at Burrard International Holdings Inc. - a private investment company.
